Conditions of Sale

General

1. Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised.
2. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.

Prices and Payment

3. Our advertised prices include VAT.
4. We accept payment by Pay Pal, payments are taken at the point of customer order not on dispatch of goods.

Delivery

5. We charge for all deliveries under £ 35.00. We operate a standard UK delivery service (between1-4 working days) or next day (order before 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery) for in stock and items out of stock will follow via Royal Mail 1st class items. Standard delivery is to suitable ground floor reception or stores areas. Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements but cannot be held responsible for the rules and regulations with Royal Mail or other carriers.
6. If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, or are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, you must tell our Customer Services Department within 5 days of receipt - Telephone 01570 604923 for UK customers.
7. After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

Cancellation

8. You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed with one of our authorized representatives. Please call 01507 604923 and we will do our best to help. They will give you instructions on how to send back the goods Returns.
9. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All our goods are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty. We will accept returns of faulty goods notified to us within 7 days of delivery 01507 604923
10. If faulty goods are to be returned to us please call 01507 604923 and we will discuss with you the best way to return them.
11. If you change your mind we may take goods back at our discretion if they are unopened, please call 01507 604923 before returning. There is a handling charge of 10% of the purchase price. Plus you the customer are responsible for the return of the goods for this service.
12. If you return goods please ensure that you have packed up the goods in a safe way. We will not be responsible for any damage or goods that get lost in the post.
13. Please note we do not accept returns of special purchase items, consumables, opened goods unless it is faulty.

Suspension and Termination

15. Mandgdesignsneedlecraft.co.uk may suspend the provision of the services or terminate them immediately
- The Customer has given any false or misleading information to mandgdesignsneedlecraft.co.uk
- the Customer is insolvent
- the Customer's use of the services is likely to cause the whole or part of the services to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or in any way impaired
- the Customer is in material breach of this Agreement
- if the primary cause of any problem which substantially impairs or prevents Mandgdesignsneedlecraft.co.uk from performing the services is the failure or malfunction of any equipment, facilities or devices not supplied by Mandgdesignsneedlecraft.co.uk
- if the site, items or ranges is/are changed
