Booking Terms & Conditions

Tariff
Price guide from £400 to £550 per week.
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to upon booking the accommodation, (payable by cheque).
Balance
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival or in full if less than 4 weeks at time of booking.
Cancellation
In the event of you cancelling, please advise us immediately. We will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are successful we will refund your payment, less a handling charge of £25. If we are unable to re-let, all monies are forfeited. We strongly recommend that you have adequate Holiday Insurance.
Liability
We do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of, any guest’s property, car or contents, whether inside or outside the cottage.

Damages, Breakages & Cleaning
Barnwood Cottage should be left clean and tidy, and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported, and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
Arrival & Departure
Barnwood Cottage is available from 3 pm on arrival day, until 10 am on departure day.
Guest Numbers
The number of people occupying Barnwood Cottage must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation.
Linen
Full bed linen and duvets are provided, as are bath, hand and tea towels.

Bathroom Facilities
Barnwood Cottage has one bathroom with handwash basin, toilet and bath with hand held shower.
Heating
All the heating at Barnwood Cottage is electric, (mainly storage heaters), the cost of which is included in the price.
Pets
Sorry, no pets.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the accommodation.
Parking
There is a specific off-road parking space for Barnwood self-catering guests.
