He is an experienced chartered psychologist and has previously worked for IBM Business Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jonathan specialises in learning and development including coaching, leadership development and change. He is the author of several best selling business books including 'Top Business Psychology Models' and 'Excellence in Coaching'.

He has won awards at an individual and team level and chaired the Strategic Board on a regional initiative that won a national award at the World of Learning awards in 2010.

Jim originally worked in the military. For the past few years he has worked in safety critical environments with a focus on health and safety. Jim has substantial experience in the energy and construction industries where he has led a wide number of assignments including safety coaching, leadership development and employee behavioural safety training.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has over 20 years’ experience of developing and implementing effective strategic HR interventions with clients from both the public and private sectors.

Ali is an experienced HR consultant. She has worked for a number of the world's largest blue chip companies and has experience of working in large complex business environments. She specialises in talent management and leadership development including executive coaching. Ali is a member of the CIPD.

| Richard is a highly experienced trainer and qualified ILM coach. He has a background in the military and more recently in the Oil and Gas sector. Richard is an enthusiastic and committed coach and instructor and has planned and delivered high quality training packages in numerous worldwide locations.

| Margret manages the finance operation for Embrion. This including processing invoices, payments and payrole, as well as general office support. She runs Embrion's Sage accounting system and liaises with our external auditors. Margret has experience in a number of different roles from both public and private sector.

| Emma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience of coaching and consultancy for clients from a wide range of sectors. Her particular areas of expertise relate to leadership, people management, and employee health, wellbeing and engagement.

| Andy Goldsmith is an experienced trainer and mentor having worked in a wide variety of challenging environments ranging from the Arctic to Afghanistan. He has worked in both the military and more recently oil and gas, and has experience of working through interpreters.

| Steve has a wealth of experience covering Oil & Gas and Commercial & Technology, with strong knowledge of oil and gas operations and health and safety legislation gained from both onshore and offshore positions. He is an experienced Safety coach, having worked on a variety of installations and vessels operating within the North Sea. He holds a Nebosh certificate.
