This is a kitchen floor laid in Egyptian limestone tiles. The tiles are 600mm x 400mm and 15mm thick and have been tumbled to give an aged effect. The floor has underfloor heating and Ditra Matting to prevent movement to the stone due to changes in temperature. This floor is approx. 44 square metres.
The detail below shows that ivory grout has been used to match the stone tiles and has been finished just below the surface to enhance the aged look to the floor.
