Jonathan is Managing Director of Embrion, as well as a part time university professor of psychology. He holds five degrees and has an international reputation for his work in behavioural change, coaching and leadership development where he has published twelve books and around 50 peer review research papers, including the best seller 'Top Business Psychology Models' and 'Excellence in Coaching'. Jonathan regularly speaks at conferences around the world.
Before joining Embrion he worked at board level as a director and chief executive and in consulting with global firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting, as well as for London based OPM.
Jonathan specialises in leadership development, coaching and change. He leads our onshore projects as well as managing the HR and financial aspects of the business.
