SAFEGUARDING - NB, for hirers

UPDATED INFORMATION, follow the link below......

Hirers should show evidence of their own Safeguarding Policy. If they do not have one then they must read and sign ours to in order to comply.
This is the CIRCUIT policy, as well as the DISTRICT policy. All hirers and users of Methodist premises must complete SAFEGUARDING FORM E. This can be found on the Methodist web site.
Alan Dunkley, Circuit Safeguarding Officer.

The District website now has all the updated Safeguarding polices and procedures on it, including all role outlines that we have.

There are still some role outlines not there, but ...... if you need one that isn’t there then simply use the template from an existing one and add in the content you need.

Thanks again to the old Lincoln South Circuit for doing all the work on these and giving us permission to use them. There is also all the other related safeguarding guidance on the website as well as the tool kit for safer recruitment.

Just a reminder that all church & Circuit websites need to ensure they refer to these updated policies &/or create a link to the District pages. Also, we need to ensure contact numbers on the local websites of those responsible for safeguarding, including mine.
