History

There has been a Chapel on this site since 1835. The sprawling Chapel and Schoolroom were demolished and a smaller multi-purpose building erected on the site in 1977, with a large grassed car park. The building was modernised in 2013 and a planting scheme has been completed to enhance the car park/picnic area.

40th anniversary of the chapel

A special circuit service to celebrate 40 years in the present building was led by Revd Bruce Thompson, whose message was to . . . .

"Go forth sowing the seed of God's new world, and give thanks, for God will supply the growth".
